A hand-built flag for the men and women riding the rig. Every star torched by hand, every stripe routed from solid pine, every Star of Life raised, blacked, and sealed to last a career on the wall — station, squad bay, or home office.
This isn't a decal. It isn't a print. Every element on this flag is routed, raised, torched, and finished by hand in the shop — the same way the first one went out the door.
The union is recessed and hand-darkened to throw the stars forward in raw pine. The Star of Life is carved proud of the stripes, blacked out against the grain so it reads from across the room. The whole panel is torch-finished to drive the grain out of the wood, then sealed to hold its tone through the years.

Add a name along the bottom stripe — a medic, a partner, a father, a friend. Burned in by hand, not laser-perfect — which is the point.
Rig number, badge number, shift designation. Anything you wear on the uniform, we'll burn into the wood.
Send your department patch or crest and we'll recreate it as a carved inset beside the Star of Life. Every dept. is different — we'll quote yours direct.
